Wrexham County Borough Council’s second stage of their Town Centre’s lighting upgrade saw an ambitious bid to revive the central shopping district to encourage night time use of the space to aid existing business’ as well as encourage new investment in the area.
Flintshire County Council’s 3 year project to switch over 19000 total assets to LED technology. Vision were proud to be awarded the supply of all luminaires for the project after a successful tender bid from our supplier Snapfast.
Although the task of supplying Trafford Wharf with an energy-saving alternative to its 150w globes was relatively simple, we were honoured to have the opportunity to re-light such an impressive development.
Greatham is a small village with a big history. Vision were approached to produce a bespoke line of light sources which could be retrofitted into the existing heritage style luminaires. Maintaining the historic feel, while utilising a high efficient light source.
Now known as Sunderland Illuminations, “Roker Illuminations” began in 1935 when Sunderland Council passed approval for a ticketed light show in one of the cities parks. Only broken by the second World War, the illuminations have held this tradition today. One in which Vision Illumination are delighted to have been involved in.
The North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA) caters for the management, maintenance and improvement of all strategic routes via the Welsh Government. Vision Illumination received award of 2 stages of the trunk road network.
Rhosllanerchrugog was the first project undertaken by our ProVision – total lighting solution service. Working closely with Salix Finance to provide a full street lighting upgrade, interest free, and paid back in full within 5 years.
This project, undertaken by Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council, saw the replacement of 140w Cosmopolis light sources for an LED alternative while preserving all compatibility with the current CMS system.
Hartlepool Metropolitan Borough Council’s LED rollout starts with an ambitious bid to save its historic high street. Vision were approached in 2013 to design and deliver a sustainable lighting solution that would mark the beginning of the street’s resurrection.
2B-Fit is an independent fitness movement pioneered by entrepreneurs Ian Bickle & Stephen Brewis.The brand has recently unveiled its latest creation, The Unit, located in Co. Durham. Vision were enlisted to provide & install LED lighting & signage throughout the facility, with a brief which accounted for energy saving, overall atmosphere and brand ethics.
